PRENATAL
Introductory Consultation (no cost)
A complimentary introductory consultation is offered to get to know your Doula, learn about the process, discuss a birth plan, and ask any questions you may have. This is an important step in choosing the right Doula or you. The introductory consultation can take place anytime during pregnancy, however it is recommended you start as early as possible.

Ante-Partum Doula Services
Are you considering or have you started IVF treatment? This can be an overwhelming time. Ante-partum services include support by attending process appointments, relaxation techniques, and help during time of bed rest, fatigue, and stress. Having the right support system during times of stress can make a world of difference.
Phone & Email Support
As your Doula, I am available to you by phone, text or email during pregnancy and post partum. From the moment you decide to hire me as your anti-partum, birth or post-partum Doula, you will have consistent communication with me. As much or as little as you need.

Prenatal Visits
Undoubtedly there are many changes that take place during pregnancy. Prenatal visits are a great time to discuss changes in pregnancy, inquiries about labor and birth or discuss any other changes that may be happening, or questions you may have.
Birth Doula
As your birth Doula, I will be there for you during pregnancy and birth. This includes providing a safe and comfortable position for mom to labor in, encouraging partner participation with loving support and relaxation, advocacy for the birth plan of your choice, and much more.
Studies have shown that women with birth doulas have shorter labors and fewer complications, while benefitting from higher breastfeeding rates.
POST PARTUM
This is a time where families with new little bundles of joy need A LOT of help. Post partum services include newborn care, caring for post partum mother, help with initial breastfeeding, providing emotional support the first few weeks after birth, referrals for Post Partum Depression if needed, support with C-Section recovery, and the all too often overlooked help with in-home services. In-home services including, but not limited to: running errands, light cooking and cleaning, laundry, newborn care for that much needed time for a shower, and much more based on individual need.
Traditional Mexican Fajas & Malaysian Bengkung Bellybinding
Bellybinding is encouraged to start within the first week of a vaginal delivery or 3-5 weeks after a csection birth. Some of the benefits of binding after birth include but are not limited to the following: aids in uterine involution, encourages organs to migrate to pre preganancy placement, encourages better posture after delivery and while carrying and nursing a newborn, postpartum contraction relief, reduces organ size postpartum, maintains uterus warm to promote circulation and healing, helps body release stagnant blood and discharge, reduces water retention & can be used regularly after pospartum phase, in times of stress, menstrual cycle, miscarriage, trauma etc.. Postpartum binding can help reduce the symptoms of diastasis recti, by helping muscles come together. Binding can also be used prenatally to ease discomfort of growing abdomen and added weight of uterus and baby.
Vaginal Herbal Compress & Steaming
A fusion of herbs can help with healing using compresses externally and gentle steaming internally. If mother suffers from any degree tear or episiotomy caused by childbirth or any swelling, soreness & hemorrhoids this will offer the needed comfort and relief. Compress and steaming can be used to heal any trauma to the perenial area at any time.
